Villa Sweet Spot is a beautiful 5 Bedroom luxury villa, set on a ridge within the prestigious Royal Westmoreland Golf Community. It is a perfect vacation rental for large groups, or families. You can enjoy golfing on the Robert Trent Jones designed golf course, with significantly reduced rates. Or enjoy the other on-site amenities including; flood-lit tennis courts, club house, "rum shak”, 24 hour security and concierge services. The Sanctuary clubhouse also houses a large fitness centre, resort size pool, Jacuzzi and children’s play area.

There is also a complimentary shuttle that will take you to the exclusive Royal Westmoreland private beach club. Upon arrival at Mullins beach they will be Sun Loungers, Beach Umbrellas and Beach Towels provided.

Villa Sweet Spot Accommodates 10 guest between the three bedroom main house, and the two bedroom private cottage. The fully equipped modern kitchen opens into the spacious living area, which then flows on to the large terrace and private pool. This is an ideal spot for outdoor dining in our manicure gardens, where you can enjoy the perfect view of the Caribbean Sea and beautiful sunsets.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations are final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Per TICO regulations client understands that Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation insurance or any medical or emergency expense insurance. However, this is available through other avenues and strongly recommended.

Booking Terms

50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are final and non- refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust Account.

All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10 are non-refundable.
